Professional Dog Obedience Training
Monthly maintenance training
With every program we offer at House of Jango, we include free sessions of monthly maintenance training. These sessions ensure your pet is maintaining a reliable foundation of obedience and maintaining the desired behavior. This also gives us an opportunity to advance their skill work and take extra time to coach the owner in proper dog handling techniques. For any obedience programs, These sessions will be dedicated to advancing basic obedience commands and teaching pets to master their skills in any environment. These trainings will strengthen basic commands by adding additional stress and environmental distractions during an obedience routine. Your pet will learn to follow your commands with the added distractions of other people, pets, noises, toys, and obstacles.
During maintenance training sessions, owners can ask questions regarding their pets’ behaviors, training, health, etc. These will be structured with multiple skill building exercises but open to general questions and problem solving. House of Jango trainers will instruct during these sessions but the owners will be handling their pet. For programs including behavior modification training such as dog aggression, food aggression, or resource guarding, these sessions may include home visits to reinforce their behavior the pet’s behavior at home.
